Who Are We?
Your H.O.M.E. Team is a team founded by Nicole Woodson and Lesley Ballinger specializing in Real Estate in the greater Oklahoma City area. Nicole and Lesley began their real estate careers in a small, independent real estate office in Oklahoma City. In each of their respective first years, they were the top-selling agents in their office selling over $4,500,000 each. Their businesses grew rapidly, and after many candid discussions, both Nicole and Lesley realized their goals and vision were similarly aligned! In 2013, they decided to join together to form Your H.O.M.E. Team.

This was a very exciting time for the two of them, and finding the right Broker to partner with was essential. After careful consideration and in depth research, they decided to join Keller Williams Realty Elite. The coaching, mentoring, tools and technology at this office were unmatched. Lesley and Nicole knew this was the place they could successfully take their business to the next level and provide their clients with exceptional service! That quickly proved to be true, in their first nine months with Keller Williams Realty Elite, Nicole and Lesley earned the Quadruple Gold Award for Outstanding Production ~ Grossing over $14,000,000 in sales! The growth has continued year over year selling over $37 million in sales in 2020!

With growth, came expansion! Nicole and Lesley realized that they could better service their clients if they grew their team; That’s where Diana comes in! Diana McGowen joined Your H.O.M.E. Team as the Director of Operations and Marketing Coordinator! Diana has been a tremendous asset to the team and to the clients by ensuring top notch customer service, high end marketing and extremely smooth transaction management from contract to closing.

In addition, Nicole and Lesley added 6 amazing real estate agents to the team; Lynsey Nunez, Jennifer Brammer, Lisa Taylor, Dakota Ake, Jessica Milford and Sumere Herrera. Our entire team of real estate agents service both buyers and sellers in the Oklahoma City Metro.
